The Operating Room Registered Nurse Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization. They will assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care. They will develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care. They will serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
Other duties will include:
- Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
- Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care
- Manage the surgical area both operationally and fiscally during tour of duty.
- Act as a clinical resource for perioperative personnel using current literature and guidelines, organizational policies and procedures, and regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Assist perioperative personnel in the evaluation of current practice through quality and performance improvement activities.
- Maintain radiation safety at all times in accordance with facility policies and procedures. .
- 1+ year as a RN in an Operating Room with Circulation experience (caring for the patient pre/during/post surgery)
- Oregon RN License
- BLS certification
- Covid vaccinated
- BSN
