REMOTE Data Entry Clerk

Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a 3-month contract with possibility of extension for a client in the manufacturing industry. This position will be assigned a dataset via Excel file to review, categorize, and accurately key master reference data in a timely and accurate manner. Data will need to be manipulated in Excel file and possibly entered in an Access database for standardization. They will need to be able to manipulate the Excel file (navigate and analyze via possible pivot tables, etc...), enter the data to an Access database form, do quality control to ensure data is accurate, and pass off to another team member. It is extremely important that data is accurate- high attention to detail as well intermediate Excel skills are necessary. This position will primarily be remote out of our Lake Oswego, Oregon office.

Must Haves:

* Highschool diploma or higher

* 1 year business data entry experience required

* Intermediate level Microsoft Excel experience required

* Must be detail oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines

* Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills

* Self-starter with ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment

* Comfortable with MS Excel (navigate spreadsheet, sorting, pivot tables, etc..)

* Basic familiarity with MS Access
