Job Description
College diploma or university degree in an associated field or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years or more experience as a business analyst, product owner or project manager
5+ Years' experience with Dynamics 365 or AX
Experience in manufacturing industry and supply chain preferred
Experience in accounting and finance a plus
Experience with Azure DevOps and preferred
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products
Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language
Exceptional analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to systems issues and products as required
Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts
Minimum Requirements
A client local to the Lake Oswego, Oregon area is looking for a Business Analyst with a focus in Dynamics 365. This individual's responsibilities is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders. In addition, this role will provide guidance and coaching for other members of the team. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the technology solutions they need. The Business Analyst will apply proven communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills to help our organization make good technology decisions. The Business Analyst will also take the initiative and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and resources including architects, product owners, subject matter experts and business leaders. The business analyst will look for modern technologies to optimize business processes. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring a thorough understanding of business requirements and needs.
