Key Responsibilities
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
Facilitate ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with software development teams to build and refine delivery processes.
Mentor Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.
Remove impediments and promote team alignment, transparency, and accountability.
Utilize Jira Cloud for Agile workflows, reporting, and project tracking.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile leadership role.
Experience in software project management, including managing software delivery initiatives, development lifecycles, and cross-functional technical teams.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and practical application within software development environments.
Experience developing and improving processes that support software delivery and team effectiveness.
Proficiency with Jira (cloud), including workflow management, reporting, and Agile project tracking.
Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Agile transformations or organizational Agile maturity efforts.
Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, etc.).
Relevant Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC, SAFe, etc.).
