Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Facilities Project Manager for one of their top semiconductor clients. This person will be responsible for directly leading and managing construction projects across a major semiconductor manufacturing site including offices, R&D labs, and cleanroom facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects across offices, labs, and cleanroom facilities within a semiconductor manufacturing site
- Own full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and successful delivery
- Develop project charters, define scope and objectives, and conduct feasibility and risk assessments
- Prepare cost estimates, ROI analyses, and budget forecasts; track spend and maintain financial controls
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Facilities, IT, Security, EHS, Design teams) to translate business requirements into construction plans
- Manage external vendors including design firms, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals and standards
- Develop and manage RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance
- Coordinate permitting processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory and building requirements
- Build and maintain project schedules; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Review and approve change orders, invoices, and progress payments to ensure adherence to scope and budget
- Enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards across all phases of construction
- Provide regular project updates to leadership on status, financials, and risks
- Oversee project close-out, including punch lists, as-built documentation, warranties, and turnover
Salary range is 109,000 - 150,700 per years based on experience and qualifications

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience managing construction projects from concept through completion
- Proven experience managing budgets for large capital projects
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
- Broad understanding of building systems including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and hazardous materials
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Procore, and/or Smartsheet
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operate in a global, cross-functional environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with industrial, laboratory, or semiconductor facilities
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Familiarity with LEED standards and international building codes
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
