Job Description
The HR Associate provides day-to-day HR support across the organization. This role partners closely with the HR team and leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations, while ensuring a positive and professional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview coordination/participation, reference checks, and candidate communication
Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including orientation, offer letters, and benefits materials
Administer employee programs (e.g., transit, parking) and manage related logistics
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, audits, eligibility tracking, and open enrollment support
Schedule and conduct exit interviews; ensure completion of offboarding processes and documentation
Respond to employee policy and procedure questions; escalate as needed
Help maintain and update employee handbook and HR materials to align with current employment laws
Maintain HR data and records, including personnel files, spreadsheets, staff directories, and employment verifications
Support HR projects related to employee development and organizational initiatives
Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR or related field) or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and collaborate effectively across teams
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
