- Support analytics requests from business stakeholders
- Develop dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses
- Validate data and ensure reporting accuracy
- Support ongoing data platform and reporting transition activities
- Document processes and facilitate knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years’ as a Healthcare Data Analyst
- Previous experience in the health insurance industry working with claims (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
- Advanced SQL experience
- Snowflake, PowerBI and Tableau experience
- Past performance with developing and providing support for relational databases, including reporting, design, and data management
