Job Description

· Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of commonly used office practices, procedures and concepts.
· Follows through on tasks to successful completion.
· Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
· Work well independently with little supervision.
· Willing to learn new things and grow with the company as needed.
· 2-5 years of receptionist/administrative experience is preferred.
· Maintain, clean and keep tidy, 2 kitchens.
· General office housekeeping that our janitor is not responsible for.
· IT liaison and point of contact shared with other admin staff to report server outages.
· Main contact shared by administrative staff concerning building management.
· Plan and coordinate office lunch menus and deliveries for small to large groups.
· Maintenance and care for houseplants.
· Shipping; US Mail and arrange for overnight Fedex package shipping.
· Reproduction of large documents / deliverables.
· Coordinate office inventory of various types of field equipment and general office supplies.
· Assist with data entry (spreadsheets, databases, etc.).
· Records management and document controls per company standards
· Keep up with office organization, maintaining inventory of office, kitchen, field equipment, safety equipment and other supplies.
· Cover front desk, receive and log deliveries.
· Maintain front office guest sign in sheet.
· Adhere to safety requirements including knowledge of employees who are present in office.
· Maintain keyfob supply and online security program.
· Other duties as assigned (i.e., scanning, copying, ordering supplies, stock supplies, invoice processing, tidy management offices).
· Assist with yearly summer and holiday parties outside normal business hours.
Being the welcoming front desk person. They don’t have a ton of people in the office regularly but this person sets the tone for a welcoming place.
Watering plants, light housekeeping. Can offer more advanced tasks.
On any given day theres anywhere from 2-10 people and then when they have visitors it gets moe packed
