Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Recruiting Services Coordinator 1 to work for a large retailer in Beaverton, Oregon.
This person will:
- Execute end-to-end recruiting operations across the acquisition process, including offer creation, background checks, severance reviews, relocation support, immigration and visa assessments, accommodation coordination, ER reviews, and rehire verifications.
- Support delivery through core HR systems and processes, including tools such as Workday and SNOW.
- Use sound judgment, operational knowledge, and problem-solving skills to deliver a premium stakeholder experience in day-to-day work.
- Manage workload effectively while meeting established service level expectations.
- Continuously expand business and functional knowledge to strengthen operational excellence and service delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
- Serve as a liaison across core operational workflows, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication among partners.
- Consult with stakeholders and recommend solutions that improve consistency, compliance, and the overall acquisition experience.

- Comfort using technology and systems to support recruiting workflows, automation, and data tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including fact-finding, clarification, and basic analysis.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and foster teamwork across multiple partner groups.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of hiring initiatives, policies, and compliance expectations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
