Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for a top Building Automation client. This individual will lead high‑impact new product development and sustaining initiatives across a globally recognized product portfolio. The role partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver innovative, high‑quality hardware and software solutions from concept through production. This is a highly visible position ideal for a technical program leader who thrives in complex environments, drives cross‑functional alignment, and plays a critical role in shaping next‑generation building automation technologies. The salary range is $140-160k depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Program/Portfolio Manager experience focused on hardware products
3+ years of engineering experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a global organization
Proven experience leading at least two hardware products to high‑volume manufacturing from start to finish
Strong project/program management skills (scope, schedule, budget, risk)
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, complex environments. This is not a copy paste structured environment
Experience with projects involving IOT, software and cloud

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Advanced engineering degree
Experience in the Building Automation industry
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
PMP certification
