Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Integrated Production Coordinator to support a retail E-commerce studio out of Hillsboro, Oregon. This role is hybrid focused on casting and production coordination. You will support end-to-end casting operations, including talent coordination, availability tracking, roster management, casting communications, and on-set talent support. This role partners closely with the Casting Manager to ensure that all talent elements—from initial outreach through shoot day execution—are confirmed, communicated, and aligned with production needs. You will help manage talent workflows, casting timelines, fittings, releases, and last-minute changes while maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication across teams. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple talent workflows simultaneously—while maintaining exceptional attention to detail—is of utmost
importance to ensure casting and production run seamlessly. From a production standpoint, this role will support on the floor e-commerce production for the Kid's category. You'll be the face of parents and kids coming into the studio and help ensure the flow of set. We are looking for an agile team member that can pivot priorities and focus across the multiple hats this role will wear.

Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge of photo and video studio production - having worked directly on set for
1-3 years.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to interact confidently
with talent, agencies, and internal partners.
• Able to build working relationships with core and cross-functional teams.
• Thrive in a self-started, faced-paced and changing environment with flexibility to
adapt to last-minute additions and changes in direction.
• High level of emotional and social awareness, and an instinct to identify and
escalate problems before they arise.
• Approachable and positive in nature with a natural sense of humility, respect, and
openness.
• Proven ability to prioritize work appropriately, and meet assigned deadlines
• Self-motivated, results oriented and well organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office
