Job Description

We are hiring multiple Order Specialists to support a high-volume sales operations and order management function. This role will act as a key bridge between the sales and the production team, ensuring purchase orders are accurately reviewed, validated, and entered into internal systems.
This position will play a critical role in cleaning up and standardizing order entry workflows—particularly within Sage—while supporting ongoing automation initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable with data entry and validation, and able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Production teams to resolve discrepancies and keep orders moving smoothly. This role will pay $20-25/hr.
