A City in Oregon's Technology Bureau is in the midst of a large-scale technology transformation. The Program Management Office (PMO) is leading a citywide initiative to implement IBM Maximo for the Parks and Transportation bureaus—one of the City’s first joint enterprise asset management projects.
The Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is currently migrating Maximo to the cloud and completing system upgrades and resets, while Parks & Recreation is beginning a new Maximo implementation from the ground up. This role will partner closely with PMs from both Parks and PBOT to drive project execution and ensure readiness for go-live.
The City is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to lead and coordinate these initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure key milestones are met.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of IT Project Management experience
Experience working in ERP systems, plus if they have Maximo experience
Comfortable working in a complex, government‑regulated environment
Cross collaboration - strong communication - large projects - have two other PM (full time PMs)
Ability to be onsite at the Portland Administrative Building
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience supporting Maximo migrations
Public sector or utility industry experience
