Job Description
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Platform Operations Coordinator to support a team of Operations Managers responsible for planning and executing key digital initiatives across a large-scale retail commerce ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-minded, and comfortable operating in a complex, cross-functional environment. You are a strong communicator, an organized executor, and someone who thrives in ambiguity while driving clarity for others. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and deepen their experience within digital commerce operations.
What You Will Work On
In this role, you will partner closely with teams across digital commerce, operations, UX, technical production, and program management to support the execution of high-priority consumer moments.
You will:
- Act as a key execution partner for priority digital initiatives, helping align teams, document plans, and manage contingencies
- Author and publish digital content using CMS and operational tools, ensuring content reflects brand standards and enhances the consumer experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional and agency partners to ensure content meets quality, brand, and business expectations
- Partner with operations, UX, technical production, and program teams to understand technical requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions
- Monitor and support performance tracking of digital content and activations
- Act as a subject matter expert for publishing tools, workflows, and processes
- Maintain clear project documentation and specifications aligned to evolving digital commerce and publishing standards
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance future consumer experiences
A typical day or week includes updating product and content information using planning tools and data systems, leading alignment discussions to prepare teams for execution, assessing platforms from a consumer perspective to identify friction points, and supporting live moment execution with a strong focus on accuracy and operational excellence.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate closely with a wide range of cross-functional partners, including digital commerce teams, platform operations, UX, merchandising, supply chain, technical production, and operational support teams. This role sits within a highly collaborative ecosystem where partnership and clear communication are critical to success.
