Job Description
This role schedules new patient appointments across multiple medical specialties while managing high‑volume calls, referrals, emails, and faxes in accordance with established guidelines. Responsibilities include verifying patient demographics and insurance, collecting clinical records, managing referral and waitlist queues, coordinating with providers and clinics, and accurately documenting all activity in Epic while delivering courteous, patient‑focused service.

Required Skills & Experience
1. One year of medical office experience with high volume patient contact and scheduling
or
One and a half years in a high volume public facing role plus six months of medical office experience
2. Experience with electronic scheduling and electronic medical record systems
3. Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
