Job Description

As a strategic Principal IS Architect, you’ll be the driving force behind architectural vision and execution. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for end-to-end solutions—spanning software, hardware, integration, and data—while shaping roadmaps, standards, and governance that align with business goals. Your role will influence enterprise strategy, guide technology evaluations, and ensure compliance with industry standards. From leading cross-functional planning and design initiatives to communicating complex technical concepts in clear, actionable terms, you’ll empower teams to deliver innovative solutions that fuel growth, enhance consumer experiences, and keep at the forefront of healthcare technology.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• 8 or more years as a Solution Architect with 1+ recent year(s) in GenAI
• Experience supporting more than one business process / area
• 8 or more years of full life cycle application development experience
• 6 or more years of experience building multi-tier applications
• Enterprise Scaled Agile Development Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Certification from the appropriate standards body
• Healthcare Industry Experience
• Team leadership or team management experience
• Experience prototyping and performance tuning applications deployed across multiple operating systems, languages and computing platforms
• Cloud development and deployment experience
