Job Description
Insight Global is hiring four (4) Social Creatives to support one of our largest retail clients in the Pacific Northwest. This role represents a multidisciplinary social creative with a strong design foundation and the ability to concept, design, and execute platform right social campaigns from start to finish.
This is not a production only role. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and maker who understands how to build social native ideas, translate campaign strategy into compelling executions, and deliver high quality work rooted in sport, culture, and storytelling.
These Social Creatives will play a critical role in supporting major seasonal and holiday campaigns, partnering closely with cross functional teams to elevate how the brand shows up across social platforms.
What You’ll Do
• Concept and execute social first creative aligned to large scale campaigns and seasonal priorities
• Translate briefs into clear, compelling, platform native ideas - not just adaptations
• Design and execute work independently in Figma, from concept through final delivery
• Develop social content that reflects culture, sport, and audience behavior, not trends in isolation
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operational partners to ensure cohesive execution
• Present creative ideas clearly, articulating rationale, intent, and platform strategy
• Balance speed and craft in a fast paced, high visibility environment

Why This Role Matters
This team is helping redefine how a major retail brand shows up on social moving beyond transactional content toward culture led, story driven, behind the scenes creative. Social Creatives in this role will have meaningful influence on how campaigns are conceived, executed, and experienced at scale.
