**This position can be fully remote in the US but must work PST hours**
Insight Global is looking for a BSA to support one of our Healthcare Payor clients. You will ensure that member encounters are accurately captured, validated, and submitted—especially for Medicare and Medicaid lines of business. You will also analyze encounter and claims data flowing through the health plan’s core systems, primarily FACETS, validate encounter completeness, accuracy, and timeliness before submission to CMS and state agencies. You will also perform root cause analysis on rejected, failed, or incomplete encounters using SQL queries.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years’ experience as a BSA
o Preferred 2-3 in healthcare and must have recent Payor, Medicare, or CMS experience
- Knowledge and expertise of Encounter Data and claims, preferably in Facets
- Expertise with SQL querying
- Great communication and professionalism
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of Facets and EDI
- Informatica and PowerBI
- Bachelor Degree in Business, IT, or similar field
- Certifications in IT functions
