Job Description

The largest footwear retailer located in Beaverton, OR is hiring for a maintenance planner to join their team. This role is primarily working with a computerized maintenance management and asset management systems to maintain or build databases, write PMs, purchase and organize parts. You will act as the liaison between facilities/maintenance and other functional groups and contractors to ensure installations, PMs, and repairs are coordinated and completed properly, on time, and on budget.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2 year degree or trade school plus 3 years relevant experience
- Experience using a work order management system
- Experience writing procedures
- Strong communication, documentation and organization skills
- Fluent in MS Suites and Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with air table
- Experience with CMMS
- Admin experience
