Job Description
BES is considering adding a junior training development resource to accelerate our digital training library build-out—primarily in Articulate Rise 360 (or equivalent content authoring tools). While a third-party QA/auditor has recommended this addition, we’re still calibrating scope and utility beyond April. In the near term, we need someone who can take direction, execute quickly, and standardize training materials using user scripts and a uniform documentation approach.
You’ll transform user scripts into clear instructional artifacts, capture annotated screenshots, and produce training content in Rise 360, Word, and SharePoint. Occasional in-person training support may be needed—always with guidance from the Training Lead.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
