The Director of Quality will be responsible for providing strategic oversight for the Quality Improvement and HEDIS Data teams for a mid-sized non-profit health plan. They will be responsible for leading efforts to achieving an MA star rating for 4 or higher each year in addition to improving patient outcomes ahead of CMS regulations.

5+ years experience with health plan quality programs
HEDIS Stars Program Experience
Management/Leadership experience
Experience with supplemental data acquisition for health plan quality programs
Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
Lean Six Sigma cert
