Insight Global is seeking aGlobal Tender Management & Implementation Specialist for a Supply Chain solutions client of ours. This resource will oversee the end-to-end tender management process for our global customers. From creating tenders to completion, this role involves collaborating with product and pricing teams, supporting RFI documentation, and ensuring smooth implementation workflows.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage responses for qualified regional tenders (RFI/RFP/RFQ) for global customers
• End to End tender management via project management tools and CRM, from tender creation to completion, by working with product and pricing teams accordingly.
• Support RFI documentation and inputs requirements from Sales
• Oversee and plan the implementation process/workflow within key departments, communicating timelines, internal and external due dates, and expectations for new clients.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in managing tenders (RFI/RFP/RFQ
• Experience: 1-3years of experience in pricing or tender management, preferably in the supply chain and logistics industry, Project Management experience or PMP/Prince2 certified
• Project Management experience or PMP/Prince2 certified
• Strong ability to communicate effectively (written or verbal), with excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Must be highly organized and process oriented.
• Ability to adapt and change processes to keep pace with the evolving business requirements.
• Strong technical skills included but not limited to Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to successfully respond to urgent situations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team.
• Adaptability to work across different time zones and cultures
