Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a strong Senior IT Project Manager to join a Global Supply Chain Management customer of ours. This resource will be responsible from initiation to completion of various projects (3-5) ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
a. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
b. Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, operations) and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
c. Monitor progress, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
d. Handling various IT projects including implementation, migrations,
2. Supply Chain Coordination
a. Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
b. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
3. Risk & Compliance Management
a. Identify potential risks related to vendors, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
b. Develop contingency plans and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
4. Stakeholder Communication
a. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
b. Conduct regular meetings to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
5. Financial Oversight
a. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure profitability

Required Skills & Experience

• Waterfall background in Project Management
• Senior project management experience (8+ years of experience)
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Clarity
• MS Project experience
o Coordinate an entire project plan
• Understanding the business – impacting day to day business processes
o Business process improvement projects
• Supply Chain Management experience or Logistics background
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (3-5)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Leadership and team-building capabilities
