Job Description

As a Reverse Logistics Specialist you will manage the process of product returns, repairs, refurbishment, and disposal to recover value and minimize waste. This role involves analyzing return trends, coordinating with various internal teams, tracking inventory, and developing solutions for efficient product handling to reduce costs and environmental impact. Specialists work to resolve complex logistics challenges related to the backward flow of goods from customers back to Amazon, ensuring compliance and smooth operations within the supply chain.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably within inventory, warehouse, customer service, etc.
- Detail oriented
- Reliable transportation
