Job Description

Insight Global is working to identify a Patient Coordinator to work the front desk of a chiropractic firm in Portland, OR. This individual will be checking in and checking out patients, while supporting 3 doctors onsite. They will also be responsible for answering phones to help schedule and reschedule any appointments for all 4 clinics. There may be other related ad-hoc duties required as needed.

They will be working in Multinomah. The shift is:
- Tuesday through Thursday: 11am - 7pm
- Friday and Saturday: 8:30am - 5pm

Required Skills & Experience

- 1 year of strong administrative or customer service experience
- Upbeat and personable with great written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills; tech savvy; ready to learn
- Interest in the healthcare industry
- HS Diploma
- Able to work onsite in a full-time capacity
