Job Description

- Insight Global is hiring a meticulous and analytical Digital Production Analyst to support one of our largest retail clients in the Pacific Northwest. This role is a key part of the Worldwide Marketing Operations team and is focused on leveraging data and analytics to drive process improvements across digital production workflows. The ideal candidate will have a passion for operational excellence, a strong grasp of marketing and media ecosystems, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency and scalability.

What You’ll Work On
- Operational Model Rollout: Support the implementation of a new operating model for global digital production.
- Workflow & Tooling Innovation: Collaborate cross-functionally to pilot and transition new best practices in workflow, tooling, and AI integration.
- Campaign Execution Support: Monitor, track, and report on the performance and process of content deployment across digital channels.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to identify production opportunities and generate performance usage reports that inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with upstream Marketing, Creative, and Technology teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and integration throughout the digital production lifecycle.
- Standards & Best Practices: Help implement and uphold industry-leading standards for digital content delivery.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and gaps in automation, analytics collection, and content delivery. Build requirements and partner with stakeholders to drive improvements.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Produce regular reports and dashboards to communicate KPIs, SLAs, and key analytics to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in digital production, design, or creative tooling—preferably within a fast-paced, global brand or agency setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in storyboarding, wireframing, and composition for video and still asset creation.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools for asset management, creative adaptation, or content generation.
- Fluency with the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and prototyping tools.
- Strong copywriting and content editing skills; ability to adapt messages for a variety of platforms and audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with proven success meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Curiosity and passion for emerging tech, digital storytelling, and the intersection of sport and culture.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital production, design systems, and projects involving AI or advanced creative tooling.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
