The Program Manager will work closely with the AVP for Ambulatory Patient Access and other clinical leadership to drive enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives around patient access and scheduling. The Program Manager will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing data pulled from Epic Cadence to identify workflow inefficiencies and opportunities to improve the scheduling process across the organization. The current initiatives in flight are focused around 8 complex care specialties, with the expectation of eventually duplicating successes for those departments across all 32 services lines at the hospital. The Program Manager will regularly run meetings and present findings to administrative and clinical leadership -- strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite are required.
