Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves close collaboration with customers, design consultants, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will be expected to travel to client sites on a regular basis depending on project scope to ensure compliance on project and safety standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Must haves:
· 5-7 years of experience in Industrial Construction Project Management.
· Experience using construction/project management platforms (i.e, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Suite).
· Strong management and communication background - comfortability working with people and being solutions oriented.
· Strong understanding of process construction (i.e. equipment installations, piping, E&I, utilities, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, etc. preferred but not mandator.
• Experience on chemical or advanced materials manufacturing sites.
• Familiarity with civil, concrete, steel, MEP, and FP scopes.
Small-firm or fast-paced construction firm experience.
