• Operational Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 advanced technical support for network incidents and problems. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues related to routing (EIGRP, BGP), switching, and firewall performance in a timely manner.
• Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor network health and performance using tools like SolarWinds. Analyze trends, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize network efficiency and reliability.
• Network Automation & Management: Utilize Cisco DNA Center for network automation, assurance, and provisioning. Leverage Panorama for centralized management and configuration of Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Project Tracking & Management: Utilize JIRA for tracking project progress, managing tasks, and reporting on network-related initiatives and deployments.
• ITSM Practices: Employ ServiceNow for incident management, problem management, change management, and maintaining an accurate CMDB for network assets.
• Documentation & Standards: Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
• Project Participation: Collaborate on global and regional network projects, including new site deployments, technology upgrades, and security enhancements.
• Security Compliance: Ensure network infrastructure and firewall configurations comply with Nike’s security policies, industry best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with telecom providers, hardware/software vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution.
