Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a MarTech Manager within the IAM industry. This role focuses on optimizing the marketing technology stack within the tech marketing organization, with a strong emphasis on Marketo as a preferred platform. The ideal candidate will lead a gap analysis to assess current tools, and recommend improvements. A key objective is to develop enablement resources—including documentation, training, and best practices—for both existing and newly introduced tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in MarTech, Marketing Operations or Platform Operations or a similar role—ideally in B2B SaaS or tech at an enterprise level
• Deep understanding of Marketing Tools (Marketo, Used Rest, SOAP)
• Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, Zapier, custom solutions)
• Proven ability to establish scalable processes and lead RFPs for new technologies
Excellent communicator and collaborator across Marketing Ops and Procurement cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certificated in any of the Marketing Tools (example: Marketo)
