Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Services Manager to support projects involving the installation of devices on laundry machines across the United States. You will work directly with Field Operations Director, 3rd party vendors and contractors to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with experience in field and general business operations. Candidates in the Portland area are preferred but this opportunity is open to fully remote candidates. This salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000

Responsibilities:

Field Oversight: Work closely with the Field Operations Director to coordinate field installation activities and ensure that resources are allocated effectively, to ensure installation targets are met.

Contractor Management: Managing a large team of contractors, ensuring efficient workload distribution and coordination. Successfully onboard and offboard contractors.

Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, perform quality checks, and provide on-site support.
Installation: Be hands on, assist with installations as needed

Product Training: Training of 3rd party contractors to ensure they are successfully setup to perform the services as required.

Product Expert: Become a product expert, assisting with troubleshooting and support to 3rd party contractors. Be available on weekends, as needed to provide necessary support.

Travel Management: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights and vehicle rentals, for weekly travel commitments.

Resource Allocation: Ensure that the necessary resources, including equipment and personnel, are available at project sites.

Problem-Solving: Address field-related challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in field services
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
