Job Description

This role involves managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for Cybersecurity, IT Compliance, Infrastructure, Networking, and Service Delivery projects. You will oversee 12 projects with a total budget of $16M, ensuring they align with business goals and are delivered within the forecasted budget. Additionally, you will assist SONIC stakeholders with resource management and communication.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience in project/program management.
Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software.
Preferred experience with Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Infrastructure projects or technologies like Azure, SailPoint, Red Hat Satellite, Hypervisor, Splunk, M365.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Thorough knowledge of project and program management theories and techniques.
Proven success in managing large, mission-critical projects/programs.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to facilitate meetings and manage difficult conversations.
Understanding of business process improvement and change management.
Masters degree in business, technology, or related field preferred.
PMI or equivalent certification preferred.
7+ years of progressive project management leadership experience.
