Job Description
A footwear company in Beaverton OR is seeking a recruiting professional to join their Talen Solutions Team. This individual will focus on process driven work with some hiring manager interaction. This team supports the retail division with influx of hiring needs across North America. This position is less candidate facing and more focused on the back end logistics and set up of requisitions. This includes but not limited to creating requisitions, sending box folders, sending correct requisition links, and working with the hiring manager on availability.
