Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to support Occupancy Planning for a major retail company in Beaverton, Oregon. This person will lead the Center of Excellence for the delivery of Occupancy Planning programs. This role will provide input to strategy and partner with cross functional teams to develop standards and processes; define tools, metrics and KPIs for day-to-day management of occupancy planning. Additionally, this role will steward the implementation of the processes and toll with the Operations teams that manage the day-to-day execution of OP for each location.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience within occupancy planning
- Familiarity of OP software (Archibus and/or TRIRIGA)
- Experience in OP for multi buildings and complex teams
- Ability to think strategically, develop tactical plans, strategic relationships and lead with an enterprise approach
- High profile verbal, analytical and visual communication skills and the ability to express concepts and ideas with clarity and persuasion to influence business partners across all levels of the organization
- Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
