Job Description

A government entity in Portland OR is hiring an Organizational Change Manager with the knowledge of leading the delivery of the Change Management Strategy. They need this resource to help manage schedules, conduct trainings/focus groups/interviews, and track risk and issues as they replacing their 20+ year old oracle system. This resource will be joining mid-way through the implementation, so they must be organized and be able to communicate to stakeholder professionally.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Change Management and Project Manager. With experience leading the delivery of the Change Management Strategy

Experience managing schedules, including assigned resources for tasks, milestones, roadmap timeline and deliverables then integrate with master project schedule.

Conduct training for core team members and for Leaders.

Conduct focus group and interviews and provide summary of the stakeholder interviews.

Experience conducting Leadership sessions and analyze competencies and engagement.

Experience managing stakeholder communication and impact changes

Ability to track OCM risks and issues.
