Insight Global is looking for a Senior Apparel Color Designer. You'll work under the direction of the Apparel Color Design Director to create original color palettes and narratives. You will own and launch strategy and approach, seasonal color refresh on existing products with supervision from Design leadership. You will set color launch and lifespan strategy on new models/styles in collaboration with Product and Materials Design. Set season color and blocking intent for a broad range of product price points, consumers and model types. You will be an active and proficient participant in the holistic creative process.
