Business Systems Analyst II

A major tire retailer is looking to bring on a Business Systems Analyst ll. This person will be hybrid (3-4 days onsite) in Bend, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Oracle RMS system and the operational and analytical tasks that come with that. These tasks will include source-to-target data mapping, data modeling, data analysis, dashboard building utilizing SQL and Tableau. Additionally, this person will be looking for ways to streamline operational processes within the greater supply chain organization and partnering closely with the accounting team. The role involves significant collaboration with stakeholders and vendors, managing operational support tasks, and ensuring effective communication of requirements.

- 4+ years of Business Analysis
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Stakeholder Reporting / Collaboration
- Oracle RMS
- Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally NetSuite)
- Data Analysis Experience (i.e. dashboard and model building & source-to-target)
- Experience with BI Tools (Ideally Tableau)
