A popular footwear company in Beaverton Or is seeking a Project Manager to join their HR PMO division. This individual will be supporting APR (Annual Pay Review) for all employees. This individual will be partnering with multiple stakes holders in different divisions within HR to provide a smooth execution. This individual will create and execute APR within Workday for all managers and will need to ensure a seamless process throughout all steps. They will be a part of all the stages of APR that will conclude at the end of August. This individual will be expected to be onsite Monday through Thursday.

- At least 3 years of experience within project management
- Experience within any HR function including but not limited to, Total Rewards, Compensation or HR operations
- Strong experience using Smartsheets
- Proven Change Management expertise
- Experience with stakeholder management
