Insight Global seeks a Retail Coordinator to support a large scale retail brand head quartered out of Beaverton, Oregon. You will be joining the North America Brand Design Retail team. The Coordinator will assist in managing end-to-end production for retail design through retail installation, ensuring efficient delivery according to seasonal, and long-term marketing objectives.
The Retail Coordinator is a strong communicator, liaising cross-functionally within retail brand marketing and across the Insight Global matrix to support an organized, efficient, and successful production process. They are problem-solvers, forward-thinkers, and creative partners, always looking to improve production to effectively support the creative strategy of North America Brand Design Retail.
As a Retail Coordinator, you will assist in managing retail productions in partnership with Retail Design, Brand Management, Store Management, other cross-functional teams, and external partners. You will support creative and production partner outreach, assist with contract execution in partnership with Legal, ensuring the creative vision is carried through to final delivery.
You will assist in the management of materials, finishes, and fabrication for fixtures. On-site at installations, you will help support the run of show, support production schedules for flawless and quality execution. You will be a supporting connection point between all internal and external teams, seamlessly communicating details throughout the design production process to ensure alignment.
You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Retail Design Operations. You will be part of the Retail Design Operations team alongside other Planning, Producers, and Production Coordinators. You will partner closely with your Design, Brand, and Visual Merchandising counterparts to ensure work is organized seamlessly for successful productions. You will also work closely with key business functions such as Finance, Legal, BA, Procurement, and Real Estate.

- 1-3 years in fields directly related to retail production and creative project management.
- Knowledge of coordination for retail installations, showroom installations, or experiential installations.
- Experience supporting contract management, logistics, management, and reconciliation.
- A strong ability to solve problems and a solutions-oriented attitude.
- Ability to travel within North America.
