Job Description

A top sports retail company in Beaverton, Oregon is looking for an Asset Coordinator to support efforts within the clients Global Brand Creative group. This is a cross-functional role in which you will manage processes and operations for post-production efforts. The Asset Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a team of Production Directors, Producers and Production Coordinators to streamline digital asset management for content productions within the Global Brand Creative group. The goal of this role is to maintain the highest level of quality control for all asset deliverables including consistency, accuracy, and completeness against brand standards and style guides. You will be responsible for critical quality assurance reviews, file naming conventions, database management in addition to asset uploading, management, research, and relicensing. Additionally you will support technology strategy development for workflow management systems and creative partner databases to insure seamless transitions between platforms, and consistency in information management throughout these systems.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree in related field (media, design, animation, content, advertising, marketing, production etc.)

- Experience in Production or Post-Production creative project coordination

- Experience with various post production tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, Capture One, InDesign, Illustrator)

- Proactive and able to show initiative to foresee and resolve issues in real-time

- Self-motivated, self-starter, resourceful, hardworking and a solutions-oriented attitude

- Highly organized and detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience re-licensing assets or experience as a relicensing producer or manager
