We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee, track, monitor and report on projects, involving the installation of devices on machines across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, particularly those involving a significant number of contractors, experience in operations and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including task breakdowns, Gantt charts, and resource allocation.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress closely, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying potential risks or issues.
* Contractor Management: Work closely with Field Service Manager in managing a large team of contractors, ensuring efficient workload distribution and coordination.
* Operational Experience: Demonstrate a strong understanding of operational processes and their impact on project success.
* Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including equipment, personnel, and budget.
* Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, including project team members, contractors, and senior management.
* Problem-Solving: Identify and address project challenges proactively, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000-$100,000.
