Job Description

A popular footwear company in Beaverton Oregon is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join their Benefits Delivery Solutions Team. This individual will be joining a team of 8 that support internal employees with benefit information. The benefits coordinator will be handling the ticketing que in ServiceNow, providing verifications, process orders, and updating data. This role will be onsite in Beaverton Oregon Monday through Thursday.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Proficient in Smart sheets and comfortable pulling data from spreadsheets

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience within an HR Benefits team
- Experience working with Workday
- Experience using a ticketing system like ServiceNow

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
