The largest Automotive retailer in the world is looking for a Sr. Identity and Access Management Engineering lead that will be responsible for spearheading a large provisioning project within three organizations of this company, one organization located in the UK. You'll address technical debt from past provisioning practice, implementing automation through scripting to optimize provisioning of over 32,000 end users, and manage provisioning processes to rationalize tools and owners. You will perform provisioning tasks such as creating, modifying, or deactivating user accounts through automation while ensuring compliance with security policies, and also work through a backlog of past automation. Further, you will collaborate with other IT teams, both UK and US based to coordinate provisioning requirements, develop and test automation scripting, update project documentation, and effectively lead the project at large through planning and building. Additionally, you will prepare status reports, conduct training sessions, and share knowledge with the broader organizations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
