As a Digital Marketing Measurement Analyst you will play a pivotal role in delivering our global digital marketing strategy. Your main responsibility will be to analyze and report on marketing tests across our owned marketing channels and experiences. You will manage and upgrade interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders. Qualified candidate will have experience designing and measuring a/b tests following standard testing methodologies, ideally within the Adobe stack. To be successful, you must be motivated by being a builder, translator, and trusted thought leader.

* 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing data analysis or related field.
* Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI.
* Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and report on marketing data across owned marketing channels and experiences.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
* Deep curiosity for the consumer, the changing marketing landscape, a passion for guiding teams and driving transformation.
