Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Plant Manager in Prineville, Oregon. This person will be responsible for managing a manufacturing facility of roughly 250 employees. He/she will ensure the plant is delivering on production goals while having a focus on quality and driving safety practices. This role is an immediate need to be the Interim Plant manager for 6 months with the possibility of becoming the full time Plant Manager while being evaluated in the role. The Plant Manager consistently improves the efficiency of labor, materials, and machines through the deployment of Lean Six Sigma.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of operations management experience in a production environment
10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing full P&L
Experience managing multiple production teams
Comfortable working 40-55 hours per week
Strong focus driving safety practices and protocols
Lean, continuous improvement, six sigma experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Wood/Lumber manufacturing experience
