A government entity in Portland OR is hiring a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java and JavaScript. The Developer will be responsible maintaining and updating an existing system that receives permitting tickets. The developer will work across the organization, so having strong communication and collaboration skills is key. It is also important they understand the user experience and figure out how to enhance it.

5+ years of experience in software engineering or full stack development.
3+ years of experience developing back end using Java.
3+ years of experience developing front end using HTML, CSS, or Java Script.
Experience with CI/CD technologies (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, CircleCI).
Experience designing and implementing Rest APIs to support front end.
