An employer in Portland OR is looking for a Training and Communication Coordinator to drive the design, development and training for the global Software and Electronics organization. They will be responsible for the internal communications and be a key liaison with the creative agency to make sure there is smooth deliver of the communication and strategy. The ideal candidate can drive projects forward and be a self-starter who can contribute creatively to the team and be detail oriented. This role will be part of the Executive Office team and report directly into the Sr VP Chief of Staff. There might be some international travel to Germany!

2+ years of experience in Training Coordination, Communications Coordinator, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, internal social intranet, MS Suite, and common e-learning authoring tools.
Experience writing Copywriting stories for articles / LSM Exp
