We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating bid documents, understanding project requirements, and preparing accurate estimates. Your attention to detail, ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and strong organizational skills will contribute to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
-Evaluate bid documents and proposal requirements to determine project scope and specifications.
-Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to compile accurate takeoffs and estimates.
-Collaborate with project managers and other team members to review project schedules and identify potential risks.
-Prepare bid packages, including detailed cost breakdowns and clarifications.
-Facilitate project start-up by coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
