Business Analyst

A client in Southern Oregon is looking to bring on a Business Analyst! The IT Business Analyst will provide application support to the business and IT by ensuring the effective operation and use of the systems in accomplishing business objectives. The IT team will rely on this position to function as a liaison between the business units and IT teams to identify and document business needs and manufacturing processes and ensure the systems and applications provided support those needs. This will be a very heavy focus on the financial side of D365 hence the ask for experience in AP/AR and general accounting! They are open to bringing on someone with Jr. BA experience and D365 F&O experience or someone who has an Accounting background that is interested in being an BA!

1-2+ years of IT BA experience

1-2+ years of experience working with a D365 F&O or AX12

1-2+ years of experience gathering and writing requirements

1-2+ years of experience training groups of financial sided users

OR

1-2+ years of Accounting experience (Controller, Corporate Controller, Accounting Supervisor, General Accounting Supervisor, General Ledger Supervisor, General Accounting Lead, or General Accounting Manager).

1-2+ years of experience with AP,AR, General Accounting or General ledger

1-2+ years of experience with Project Accounting and Fixed Assets

Experience managing vendors to improve material costs

Experience gathering and writing technical requirements

Experience with Smartsheets
