A client in Portland is looking for a Project Manager who will oversee a construction portfolio of restoration projects.
The Project Manager will organize the team and project by leading the bid process, staying within budget and ensuring required timeline of close out. The perfect candidate will have a construction focus background working within restoration and remodeling, provide cost estimates, working on multiple projects at once, have a background in estimations, leading a team of contractors, and meet client deadlines. * Over 2 years of experience with estimating within restoration and remodeling.
* Project Management Degree, Certificate or Construction Management Degree preferred or relevant experience in a leadership position in a fast-paced dynamic construction business environment.
* 1-3 years of hands on experience for restoration or remodeling within construction (small maintenance to full plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, etc.)
Proficient computer skills and experience in proposals, bids, writing up documents, emails, etc.
